Do you do Indian cooking workshops in Amsterdam?
Yes. Amsterdam is the most common booking outside Alkmaar. Chef Vidhi brings the shopping, the spices and the equipment to your kitchen. The workshop price is the same, €175 for the first person and €65 for each additional person, plus roughly €28 travel for the round trip.
How far will you travel?
Alkmaar and everything within 25 km carries no travel charge. Haarlem and Amsterdam are a little beyond it. Utrecht, Leiden and Rotterdam are possible for a full evening and are quoted case by case. Travel is included within 25 km of Alkmaar. Beyond that, €0.35 per km round trip, quoted before you book.
Can the workshop happen at your kitchen instead of mine?
Yes, in Alkmaar. Some people prefer it, especially for a one-to-one or a pair. Say which you would like when you message and it is arranged either way.
What do you need in the kitchen?
A hob, some counter space and enough plates for everyone. Nothing else. Chef Vidhi brings pans, spices, equipment and all the shopping.
Is the Friday takeaway available outside Alkmaar?
