How much is catering per person?
From €27.50 per person for 15 to 20 guests, and from €32.50 for 10 to 14. There is a €400 minimum order, so under 13 guests the effective price is €40 a head. Prices include VAT.
How many people can you cater for?
Up to about 20. Beyond that the kitchen becomes the limit, so it is worth asking early rather than late.
Is it delivered hot?
It arrives in covered serving dishes, ready to go on the table. A few dishes come with reheating instructions because they are better finished at your place. For larger gatherings Chef Vidhi can stay and finish them for you; ask when you request the quote.
How far ahead do you need?
Two weeks is comfortable. December weekends go earlier.
What about deposits and cancellation?
25% confirms your date. The balance is due within three days after the event. more than 14 days before: full refund, deposit included. between 14 days and 72 hours: the 25% deposit is kept. inside 72 hours: the full price is due, because the shopping is done. Dates move for free if you tell me more than 72 hours ahead and we can find another one.
Do you deliver outside Alkmaar?
Travel is included within 25 km of Alkmaar. Beyond that, €0.35 per km round trip, quoted before you book.
